I saw this recipe for pancakes on a fitness website, and decided it was one I wanted to try.
"If you love pancakes and want a healthy high protein version, try this.
1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese
4 egg whites
Dash of vanilla essence
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp cinnamon
Blend contents in a food processor
Cook as per normal pancakes
I add berries or have them with xylitol and lemon.
Around 300 cals and over 30 gms protein
